Order Processing and Dispatch

We aim to process and ship orders within 1 to 4 working days. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received an incorrect product that does not match your order.
• Your order was canceled before dispatch.

Return/refund requests must be made within 1 working day of delivery. Late requests will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Note: Courier or postal charges for returns are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as digital downloads, mock test access, or eBooks are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or inaccessible.
